24 hour cancellation policy for appointments

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. we will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.
• Cancellations less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service value.
• Note : All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.

• If a nail chips/breaks i will correct it within 3 days after this £4 per nail is charged.
• I do not give refunds, please let me know at your appointment if you are unhappy and I will correct it for you.
• If the service value is over £50, we ask you pay 50% in advance to secure the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid before the treatment.

Because many of our garments are handmade and created especially for each customer, our policies differ for standard sizes and custom orders.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, materials and production may have already begun, so cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns – Standard Size Items

We accept returns on standard size clothing within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All original tags must still be attached

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Because custom garments are made specifically for your measurements and design preferences, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please ensure all measurements and details are correct when placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size for a standard item, please return the original item and place a new order.
