Ayurveda also believes that energy channels run through the body which energy or ‘prana’ flows through. the centers that the energy flows from are known as  chakras, there are 7 throughout the body and each one is linked to a body system.Indian head massage aims to unblock the chakras to allow a free flow of energy through them.
