24 hour cancellation policy for appointments
please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. we will confirm your appointment with you 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.
- Cancellations less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service value.
- Note : All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.
- If a nail chips/breaks i will correct it within 3 days after this £4 per nail is charged.
- I do not give refunds, please let me know at your appointment if you are unhappy and I will correct it for you.
- If the service value is over £50, we ask you pay 50% in advance to secure the appointment. The remaining balance must be paid before the treatment.
